The scope included removal of the existing windows, preparation and waterproofing of each opening, installation of new Sierra Pacific vinyl windows, precise shimming and fastening, exterior metal trim coil installation, and interior caulking for a clean and properly finished installation.

Due to the size of the approximately 4'9" double-hung windows, precise alignment and proper installation of the receptor system were critical to achieving the required fit and performance.

The exterior scope also included installation of ACM panels, enhancing the building's architectural appearance while contributing to weather protection, plus drip edge installation above the windows and below the ACM panel system.
